Mortal Kombat 11 Friendships list: How to perform all Friendships

How to input all Friendships as part of the May 2020 update.

Mortal Kombat 11 Friendships are comical finishers added to the game in a free update alongside May 2020’s Aftermath DLC.

Originally a feature of Mortal Kombat 2 all the way back in 1993, NetherRealm has brought them back as an alternative to the various fatalities every character has.

By inputting a specific series of buttons at the end of a fight, it’s possible to perform these amusing finishers which range from cuddling a giant toy bear to doing motorcycle tricks across the screen.

Friendships, like fatalities, can be tricky to pull off. Learning exactly what buttons to press and where to stand is crucial to pulling these off in a match – there’s nothing sadder than flailing around at the end of a match as you fail to perform your chosen finisher.

As well as a full list of Mortal Kombat 11 Friendships, we have the following explainers:

What is a Friendship and how do they work in Mortal Kombat 11?

Friendships are playful finishers that you can be performed by the winner of a match.

If you stand in the right spot and input the correct button inputs, you’ll successfully execute the finisher, adding a touch of glamour to proceedings, rather than the brutality of a fatality.

Kano’s ‘Kiss the Crook’ Friendship.

Every character in Mortal Kombat 11 – including DLC characters – come with their own unique Friendship, each with a specific input required to perform the move.

Each character’s Friendship is available immediately once you download Mortal Kombat 11’s May 2020 ‘Aftermath’ update – though you don’t need to purchase the DLC, or have to search the Krypt – in order to use them.

If you’re struggling to perform a Friendship, an easier input can be used instead at the cost of one Easy Fatality Koin.
